Churro Chips and Dip (chocolate ganache and caramel sauce) in air fryer


Naan bread – 1 pack of rounds 

Sugar – 1 cup 

Brown sugar – 1/2 cup 

Butter – 2 sticks 

chocolate chips – 1/3 cup 

Non stick spray 

Cinnamon- 1/4 cup 

Heavy cream- 1/2 cup 


Cut the naan bread into quarters creating triangles. Twice in half. Melt butter 1 stick in a safe bowl and mix sugar and cinnamon into a separate bowl. Coat the bread with melted butter coating al sides evenly. Then transfer to sugar cinnamon mixture. Coat evenly. Preheat air fryer. Spray the air fryer pan with non stick. Place a layer of chips evenly and cook at 350 degrees for 4 mins. Continue this process for all chips. 

Chocolate ganache :

Melt chocolate chips (1/3 cup) and add heavy cream (1/4 cup) stirring together until smooth. 

Caramel sauce :

Melt butter ( 1 stick 8 tbsp) then add brown sugar (1/2 cup) Stir together and then add heavy cream (1/2 cup) Let heat through until sugar is dissolved and an even consistency is reached.
